  • To maintain a peaceful environment, we kindly request that all cellular phones be turned off.

  • For your safety, all equipment and instruments are sanitized regularly.

  • Smocks are provided for chemical services. Please remove your clothing during these services; we are not responsible for any damage to your clothing.

  • MCS is a non-smoking environment.

  • MCS is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. We ask that you leave jewelry and valuables at home.

Consultations

  • Complimentary 15-minute consultations are available. During your consultation, your service provider will assess the condition of your hair, recommend the appropriate time and technique for your needs, and provide an estimate of time and cost.

Appointments

  • To ensure we can provide you with the best care, please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule depending on the service.

Cancellations and Changes

  • We kindly request 24-hour notice for appointment changes or cancellations. Certain services require a credit card to secure your appointment. No-shows or cancellations without proper notice will require a credit card to schedule future appointments. Please note that missed appointments affect our ability to serve other guests and our team’s income.

Children’s Policy

  • To maintain a safe and relaxing environment, children under 10 must be supervised by an adult at all times.

  • Children are not allowed to wait unattended in the lobby or processing areas.

Return Policy

  • Refunds will be given on retail items within 30 days of purchase.

  • Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase, or an exchange may be made for a product of equal or lesser value.

  • MCS cannot issue refunds for products purchased at other Aveda locations.

Gratuities

  • Tipping is at the discretion of our guests.
